Number of Servings: 4


    10 to 12 ounces of canned chicken (preferrably Trader Joes)
    1 Medium Granny Smith Apple (any apple will do if Granny Smith not available)
    4 TBSP of Kraft may Light Mayonnaise
    1 1/2 TBSP of dried Tarragon
    2 Lemon Wedges (optional)


Drained the canned chicken thoroughly and place into a medium mixing bowl. Mash out the chuncks of chicken so that the chicken is nice and shredded. Next add the mayo and tarragon and mix thoroughly into chicken. Last step is to dice the apple and add to the mixture and stir. Make sure the apples are coated with mayo and tarragon to prevent browning, may want to consider squeezing a little lemon juice onto apples to further help prevent browning.
Enjoy on bed of lettuce or as a sandwich.
