Ingredients

    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 Package of Idahoan Instant Potato Mix
    I Can Yellow Corn
    1/2 Cup 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese
    Lemon Juice
    Tony's
    Lemmon Pepper
    White Pepper
    Black Bepper

Directions

Take Chicken and cut into 4 servings
Season Chicken with Tonys, and all of the peppers to taste.
You can either soak the chicken with the lemon juice then use a foreman grill to grill it.
Or throw some lemon juice in a pan with a little margarine or oil and cook on low heat, flipping every 5 minutes until cooked.

Boil water for potatoes
After cooking potatoes you can add a little baked potato topping, or bacon bits if you like
I add 1/2 cup 2% sharp cheese
Open can of Corn, put in small sauce pan
add salt and cayenne pepper to taste
cook on medium heat until boiling.
