Ingredients

    1-2 pork chops
    1 carrot
    1 medium potato
    1 slice of yellow onion
    1-2 tbsp butter
    salt and pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice potato and carrot into thin slices. Set aside. Add one yellow onion slice. With aluminum foil, get a long enough piece of foil to hold all ingredients. Put all vegetables in center of foil. Add butter and salt and pepper. Put porck chops on top and wrap foil up on top as to create a tent so that butter won't seep out too much. Place on cookie sheet and put in oven for 45 minutes. Once finished empty onto plate and enjoy!

    Incredible!
My husband and I loved this recipe. The only thing I will change is how long it cooks. Will try pulling it out 10 minutes early. The potatoes and carrots are excellent. Just a very, simple yet delicious dinner. Easy clean up too. - 9/14/13

I used 2 thick cut chops, 2 potatoes and the rest of the measurements the same. The veggies came out delish, but the chops were not tasty or tender. Probably use really thin chops if you make this. - 1/22/11
