Introduction

Ingredients

    1 chicken breast skinned cut to cubes
    1 small bottle kc masterpiece honey teriyaki marinade
    1 bell pepper cubed
    1 sm yellow squash sliced
    1 sm green squash sliced
    1 package baby portabello mushrooms whole
    1 package kabob sticks (soak after purchasing)
    1 cup long grain white rice

Directions

after you cube your chicken soak it in KC masterpiece honey teriyaki marinade. (it is a 30 minute marinade). Take your cubes and place them in a plastic bag with the marinade and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Cube your bell pepper, slice your squashes, and rinse and clean your baby mushrooms.

Combine everything together on a your kabob sticks and place on the grill till chicken is fully cooked.

while its cooking prepare your rice in the cooker it should be ready about the same time the kabobs are done!

    Very Good
    Made this tonight with out the squash. It was very tender and the kids enjoyed picking off the stick. Need more mushrooms next time as that was their favorite. - 5/3/10
