Ingredients

    1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
    1 (14 ounce) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
    1 (5 ounce) package instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix
    3 cups cold skim milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 (8 ounce) container frozen light whipped topping, thawed
    4 bananas, sliced
    1/2 (12 ounce) package reduced fat vanilla wafers

Directions

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, pudding mix, cold milk and vanilla until smooth. Fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping.
Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish with vanilla wafers. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over wafers. Spread with pudding mixture. Top with remaining whipped topping. Allow to chill for at least 3 hours.

    OMG, heavenly!! I halfed it so that I didn't eat too much. The kids didn't want any pudding, but they loved this! IT had the texture of cheesecake, just not as firm. Amazing!! - 4/21/10

    Just fixed this for Thanksgiving at a friend's house. She's made fun of me forever for not being able to cook. She committed to not saying it anymore after tasting this!!! Wonderful! Will definitely make it again. - 11/26/09

    doctor put my husband on a strick diet and he loves banana pudding. I'm going to do this tonight and use low fat soy milk. I know he's going to love it. I know I will. - 8/30/09

    I have made this for a long time - same ingredients - LOVE it!!! I adapted a recipe from my family that used full cal/fat ingredients. I used Light Silk soy milk in place of the milk and add a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom also. Thank you for posting :0) - 5/12/09
