Introduction

Delicious low carb treat when you craving a PB&J Sandwich! Delicious low carb treat when you craving a PB&J Sandwich!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Cup All Natural Peanut Butter
    1 Cup Splenda
    1 egg
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tablespoons sugar-free preserves

Directions

Mix peanut butter, splenda, egg, baking powder, and vanilla extract until blended.

Roll into balls and place on an ungreased cooking sheet.

With fork press down on each ball to make a criss cross pattern.

Place a little bit of preserves in center of each cookie.

Makes 1 dozen cookies.
