Ingredients

1 3oz package Lemon Sugar free Jello
1 can Pet evaporated milk pre-cooled.
4 tsp splenda
1 9 inch graham cracker pie crust.
Directions
Put Evaporated Milk into Freezer of 1/2 hour or cool overnight in refrigerator.
Remove pie crust from pie pan and sprinkle into bottom of 9X13 cake pan.
Mix Jello with 1 cup boiling water until dissolved.
Set aside and let cool until jello begins to set (mushy consistency).
In large mixing bowel beat cool evaporated milk with electric beater until thick and fluffy that you can cut with a knife.
Fold cooled mushy jello in lightly until evenly mixed.
Pour over the graham cracker crust in the 9X13 pan.
Refrigerate until set and time to serve (at least 2 hours) Cut in 12 pieces and serve.
Garnish the top with the crumbs left in the cake pan.
*You can substitute a different flavor of Jello * My favorite is Raspberry*
