Introduction

Satisfies cravings for a BLT without all the fat! Satisfies cravings for a BLT without all the fat!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Salad:

    1/2 cup chopped romaine lettuce
    1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
    1 tbsp vegan "bacon" bits
    black pepper to taste

    Dressing:

    1 tsp lite mayonnaise (can use vegan or regular mayo)
    1 tsp cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp Splenda

Directions

*Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.

*Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

*Pour dressing over salad and toss well to coat.

*Enjoy with a piece of whole wheat pita bread!

Makes 1 serving. Can easily be multiplied for groups.
