Introduction

A box cake made with with yogurt, than topped with sugar-free jello and fat-free cool whip. A box cake made with with yogurt, than topped with sugar-free jello and fat-free cool whip.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cake mix, any flavor desired
    1 c. non-fat plain yogurt
    Eggs, as directed
    Water

    Sugar-free Jello
    Fat-Free whipped topping

Directions

Prepare cake mix as directed with this exception... substitute 1 cup of non-fat plain yogurt for all of the oil and part of the water. Leave the other ingredients the same (such as eggs) and bake as directed

Prepare Jello as directed on box
remove from oven, poke cake with a fork, pour jello liquid over cake, cool, top with whipped topping
