Ingredients

    1 box Elbow Macaroni
    1 egg
    2 cups 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1 cup light sour cream
    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 tablespoons minced onion
    1 tsp butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    dash pepper
    Topping:
    1/4 cup bread crumbs


Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions, then mix all ingredients with drained pasta, pour into a glass baking dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and bake for 30 minutes.
