Introduction

This can be a great gift. If you don't have self control, this could be dangerous! You can exchange the oil for applesauce and reduce the fat and calories. This is great so that you can bake but not have a whole cake to be tempted by! This can be a great gift. If you don't have self control, this could be dangerous! Ingredients

    4 TBL Flour
    4 TBL Sugar
    2 TBL Cocoa
    1 Egg
    3 TBL 1% Milk
    3 TBL Canola Oil
    3 TBL Dark Chocolate Chips
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 large coffee mug

Directions

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (this can serve 4 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).
