Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    2 ½ tsp Baking Powder
    ½ tsp Baking Soda
    ½ tsp Sea Salt
    1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

    ½ cup Becel Butter - 50% Less Calories
    1 cup Splenda
    2 Eggs
    6 tbsp Milk
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt, flax seed, and cinnamon and set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, cream butter and splenda, add eggs and mix until smooth.
3. Stir into butter mixture, milk and mashed banana. Mix Well.
4. Fold in flour mixture into the liquid ingredients until combined.
5. Fill 12 muffin cups 2/3 of the way full. About 70-80 grams each.
6. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degrees over for about 22 minutes.
