Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tsp garlic
    1 small onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/2 cup brocolli
    1 carrot
    1/2 cup snow peas
    1/2 cup cabbage
    1/2 cup spinach
    You can add other vegetables of your choice for this dish. Add tofu or noodles for a heartier meal.

Directions

Finely chop the garlic and fry in oil until tender, add chopped onion and continue to cook until glassy.
Add all other vegetables, chopped into bite sized pieces ans stir fry for a few minutes.
Mix soy sauce, Oyster sauce and Peanut Butter with 3 tablespoons hot water and pour over vegetables.
Continue to stir fry for three more minutes, or until vegetables are done to your liking.

    Tasty and works w/all kinds of vegies. Also great w/bits of fish, chicken, or meat. Adding nuts is yummy, too! - 10/5/07
