Number of Servings: 10


    1/2 pound Spaghetti, dry
    3 Tbl chopped Onions
    1/4 tsp Garlic
    1 1/2 Cup Black Olives
    2 Cup Broccoli, chopped)
    1/4 cup Flour, white
    4 cup Milk, 1%
    1/4 cup Sherry, dry
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2 1/2 pounds Ground Turkey
    4 oz Bread, Italian,
    cooking spray


1. Cook pasta, rinse and cook.

2. In skillet spray with cooking spray add turkey, onion, garlic olives and broccoli... saute' until onions are tender.

3. Wisk in flour and cook mixture for 5 minutes.

4. Blend in milk, sherry, cheese and salt and pepper to taste...stirring constantly until smooth.

5. simmer over low heat until sauce thickens.

6. In a large bowl mix all together, transfer to baking dish

7. In a small bowl mix bread crumbs and a little of the Parmesan cheese, sprinkle over casserole.

8. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 325. Makes 10 large servings.
