Introduction

Low fat healthy yummy casserole.

Ingredients

    Cream of Mushroom 98% Fat Free, 2.5 serving
    Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
    Rice A Roni Long Grain & Wide Rice as packaged
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed

Directions

Mix both soups with seasoning packages
add 1/2 can of water
add 2 boxes of Rice a Roni
Mix all together
Put chicken breast in pre-sprayed casserole dish pour in above mixture on top.
Cover with aluminum foil. (don't forget this or it will dry out)
Cook for 45 min with pre-cooked chicken
Cook for 1 hour for non- cooked chicken
Cook for 1/12 hours for frozen chicken brest
