Introduction

Ingredients

    1 - 15oz can of black beans, well drained
    1/2 onion, diced
    1/2 red or yellow bell pepper, diced
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 Ener-G egg replacer (I just use one egg)
    1 cup bread crumbs
    oil for frying (optional)

Directions

Mash the beans in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients, mixing until well combined.

Form into patties and lightly fry in oil or grill over a medium heat.

    Incredible!
    I put the beans in food processor and pulsed till mixed. I cooked for approx.5 min on each side.
    I also used 1/4 cup to form about 3 inch patty. Really good and filling.
