    1 - 6oz. container of Dannon Light & Fit nonfat yogurt, Strawberry (use your favorite flavor)
    2 - pkg. Splenda No Calorie Sweetner
    0.5 cup Milk, 2%
    0.5 Medium Banana, sliced
    Handful of ice

Directions

Makes 1 12oz. Serving
