I missed my lemon sorbet so much, but now I have a delicious, creamy substitute! I missed my lemon sorbet so much, but now I have a delicious, creamy substitute!

Ingredients

    1.5oz. cream cheese
    1T lemon juice
    1tsp Erythritol
    1/2 cup whipped cream

Directions

Blend softened cream cheese, lemon juice and sweetener. Fold in whipped cream gently. Transfer to serving dish and refrigerate until firm.
