Introduction

This low calorie french toast is a nice treat for breakfast. With wheat bread, egg beaters and fresh fruit, it has everything I am looking for in a breakfast. Ingredients

    2 slices Weight Watchers Wheat bread (or other light bread)
    1/4 cup Egg Beaters
    2 Tbs skim milk
    1 packet Splenda
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup fresh or frozen red raspberries, sweetened to taste with Splenda

Directions

Combine Egg Beaters, skim milk, Splenda and cinnamon in a shallow bowl. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, coating both sides. Cook in a non stick skillet, sprayed with Pam, until golden brown on both sides. Arrange on plate, top with raspberries and enjoy !!!
