Ingredients

    MIxed salad greens-1 lb
    Skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
    1 small can of mandarin oranges OR 1 cup cored and chopped apple
    T. Marzetti's fat free raspberry vinegrette
    1 pkg cherry tomatoes

Directions

Grill defrosted chicken until done. While the chicken in cooking, prepare the salad, walnuts and mandarin oranges. When the chicken is finished, break up and place on salad greens. Then place the oranges (or apples), walnuts and dressing on top. Makes 4 servings.
