1/4 C. Skim Milk
1/4 C. Sugar
1/2 C. Flour
Beat together until smooth. Pour into non stick fry pan and stick in the oven at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Make sure your handle is oven safe and be sure to preheat your oven.
Serve warm with fresh fruit (strawberries).
