Ingredients

    1 1/3 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
    16 oz jar of chunky salsa
    3 - 15 oz cans of black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 med bell pepper (red or yellow) chopped
    1 med onion, chopped
    1 tsp ground cumin
    2-3 tsp chili powder
    1-1 1/2 tsp oregano

Directions

Place all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
