Introduction

DELICIOUS! Spicy, but not too hot. DELICIOUS! Spicy, but not too hot.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp cajun spice
    1/3 cup evaporated skim milk
    2 dashes of worcestershire sauce
    2 dashes of hot sauce
    1 dash salt
    2 tbsp shredded parmesan
    90 grams cooked, peeled shrimp
    55 grams (dry) whole wheat pasta
    40 grams spinach

Directions

Cook pasta. Drain.
Meanwhile, saute garlic in oil. Add milk and cajun spice. Simmer for a minute or two. Add worcestershire, hot sauce, salt and 1 tbsp of the cheese. Simmer for another minute or two. Toss in shrimp, pasta and spinach. Top with other tbsp of cheese.
Serves 1

    This was very good!! I didn't put in the spinach, I prefer to have that on the side as a salad. Loved the creamy, spicy sauce. Did not add the hot sauce, my husband doesnt like too much heat. Was really spicy enough for me also without it. Will definately make again. Thanks for a great recipe! - 1/2/10
