Ingredients

    ~4 Stalk of broccoli
    ~1 box of Farfalle pasta
    ~3 tbs Olive oil
    ~1 garlic clove
    ~3 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions

ok here is the deal....
this is a meal for the whole family.... or is 6 servings what ever you want to divede it into.
wash out and cut your broccoli as you usually do to give them a boil (do not boil them to a mush or undeboil them where you cannot stuck a fork throught it)
Pick up the boiled broccoli and set them aside
DO NOT DISCARD the water where you boiled the broccoili into (will use that water to cook pasta now)
Now place in a large skilled olive oil, garlic and crushed red pepper.... ones it startes to brown add the broccoli where the time of cooking it depends apon the time you boiled the broccoli for ... so if they are more mushy 3 to 5minutes
if the are more hard 5 to 7 minutes STIR FREQUENTLY and if they start to stick too bad add just a little water from their boil
while this is happening......
Place the broccoli water back on the stove and ones it reached boiling again and add whole box of farfalle Pasta..... cook al dente (or better not into a mush and slightly under the number set on the box for cooking time)
One Pasta ready , drain WELL and add to skillet with broccoli and let it get all together for 3 minutes on the lower flame of your stove
ENJOY!!!!!!!!!

P.S. if it came out to be to hot for your taste use sour cream to cool it down but DO NOT ADD TO HOT PASTA just set it aside on your plate and use it too cool your mouth......
