Ingredients

    2 cups of ucumbers thinly sliced
    ¾ packet of splenda no calorie sweetner
    1 tbs soy sauce
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    1 tsp sesame oil
    2 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

In a bowl combine splenda, soy sauce, sesame seeds, rice vinegar and sesame oil and mix well. Add cucumbers. Let marinate for 20 minutes before serving.
