Ingredients
-
Boboli Whole Wheat Pizza Crust 8" (1/2 shell), .5 serving
Onions, raw, .15 cup, chopped
Goat Cheese, Soft, .5 oz
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
Directions
Cut an 8" whole wheat Boboli pizza crust into fourths. Chop an onion so you have about a quarter of a cup. They can be larger pieces.
Heat extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add onions. Constantly stir onions on lower heat, so you don't burn them. Once they turn a light brown color (past translucent), remove from heat.
Place your quarter boboli crust on a baking sheet. Put the onions on the Boboli crust and crumble about 1/2 ounce of the soft goat cheese over the onions and crust.
Place in preheated 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until goat cheese had melted a little.
