Introduction

This came out juicy and very tasty. I grilled asparagus and lemon slices and served them on the side. This came out juicy and very tasty. I grilled asparagus and lemon slices and served them on the side.

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, sliced open through the middle
    Two whole sundried tomatoes, no oil
    1 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
    Lemon
    dash of salt and garlic powder
    cracked pepper to taste

Directions

Pound out the cheicken breast, place the cheese and tomato inside and fold other half of breast over. place in pan sprayed with Pam. Drizzle lemon juice on top, salt pepper and garlic powder to taste. Flip over and repeat. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes of so.
