Introduction

I don't really follow a recipe for chili--just use what I have. But, I am calculating this up for my hubby so he can track his calories. Ingredients

    1 Can Corn
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Can Chili Hot Beans
    1 Can Pinto Beans
    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 Green pepper, chopped
    1 Onion, chopped
    2 Cans petite cut diced tomatoes
    1 Large can tomatoe sauce
    2 Cloves garlic
    Cumin
    Chili Powder
    Salt
    Pepper
    Basil
    Thyme
    Onion Powder
    Mrs. Dash
    Worcestershire Sauce
    Water

Directions

Saute peppers, onions and garlic. Brown turkey (adding cumin and whatever else spices). Dump everything into the crock pot. Add spices as desired. Stir it up to mix ingredients and see if it looks good. Take a little taste and a sniff to see if you need more spice. Cook on high for 4-6 hours.
