Ingredients

    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/4 cup green pepper
    4 orange roughy or tilapia fillets
    3/4 tsp lite salt
    1/4 tsp leaf rosemary, crumbled
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/4 tsp paprika
    1 medium-size tomato, sliced or diced
    1/2 cup chopped green onions
    1/4 cup dry white wine

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Sprinkle celery and green pepper in shallow baking pan. Arrange fish over celery, slightly overlapping. Sprinkle with salt, rosemary, pepper, and paprika. Top with tomato and onion. Pour wine gently over fish. Bake 25 minutes or until fish flakes.
