Introduction

A terrific 30-minute entree!

My family uses chicken breast more than other chicken parts, so I revised a recipe found here on SparkPeople to make with chicken breasts and cooked on the stovetop.

This tastes great served with brown rice and a nice salad.

NOTE: The recipe can be made with a low sodium worcestershire, but I had regular on hand when making this the first time.

This was very good. We really like how spicy this was and great served with brown rice and steamed broccoli! - 7/3/17

Tasty recipe. I used a celery broth instead of chicken broth. I also used the the drippings from the pan to glaze over the chicken. My family and I LOVED it! Thanks for sharing your recipe with us. - 11/28/11

    Incredible!
This recipe was wonderful! I just made it tonight for dinner and it tastes great over brown rice along with a side of steamed veggies! Gives just the right "kick!" I did substitute vegetable broth for the chicken broth and Mrs. Dash's Onion Herb seasoning for the onion powder. Thanks for sharing! - 3/1/10

    Very Good
I thought this was very good. It was a little bit dry (quite possibly my own fault!) and not quite spicy enough until I wised up and put the sauce from the pan on top of the chicken. It was delicious!! Thanks for a very good recipe! - 1/27/10
