Introduction
A terrific 30-minute entree! My family uses chicken breast more than other chicken parts, so I revised a recipe found here on SparkPeople to make with chicken breasts and cooked on the stovetop.
This tastes great served with brown rice and a nice salad.
NOTE: The recipe can be made with a low sodium worcestershire, but I had regular on hand when making this the first time. A terrific 30-minute entree!

This recipe was wonderful! I just made it tonight for dinner and it tastes great over brown rice along with a side of steamed veggies! Gives just the right "kick!" I did substitute vegetable broth for the chicken broth and Mrs. Dash's Onion Herb seasoning for the onion powder. Thanks for sharing! - 3/1/10
