Introduction

A little banana, a little applesauce a little fruit and a little calories for a whole lotta taste. A little banana, a little applesauce a little fruit and a little calories for a whole lotta taste.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    3c Flour
    2c Sugar
    1t baking soda
    1t salt
    1.5t cinnamon

    3 med eggs whipped
    1/4 c applesauce
    1c mashed banana
    1/3 c oil
    1.5t vanilla

    1 c fruit such as blueberries, raspberries, frozen peaches or apple.

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together and set aside, beat eggs, applesauce oil, banana and vanilla. Stir wet ingredients into dry, mix well and then fold in fruit.

Pour in a bundt pan and Bake in a 350 oven for 50 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
