This recipe is very high in sodium, but my family likes it sometimes and some of us want to be able to track it. This recipe is very high in sodium, but my family likes it sometimes and some of us want to be able to track it.

Ingredients

    1 box Zatarains' Red Beans and Rice (reduced sodium)

    14 oz Smoked Sasage (beef)

Directions

Prepare boxed rice according to directions. While that is cooking slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces and fry until cooked golden brown. When rice is done and sausage is done, drain sausage of any grease and mix pieces into rice.
