Introduction

A nice creamy hearty meal that isn't bad for you... A nice creamy hearty meal that isn't bad for you...
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup of nonfat milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of cheddar cheese soup
    1 12oz bag of whole wheat no yolk egg noodles
    1 large can of tuna
    1/2 bag of frozen peas
    1 1/4 cups of 2% milk shredded mild cheddar cheese
    1/4 medium onion (chopped)

Directions

Boil nooles until soft. Mix all other ingredients together and remember to drain tuna. Add the noodlrs and mix well. Pour mixture into 9x13 casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.

    Incredible!
    This was great! My hubby loved it too. Higher in calories than I like, but the portion size was huge, so I was very full when done. It fit into my plan. I will definitely make this again! - 2/28/09
