Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs beef boneless sirloin steak
3 cups fresh asparagus
2 fresh onions
1 1/2 cups beef broth
4 cups cooked bow tie pasta (wheat)
1 cup tomato puree
3 tbsps of fresh basil leaves or 1 tbsp of dried
3 tbsps of sun-dried tomatoes (not oil based)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tbsps of parmesan cheese
Directions
Trim fat from beef, cut into 2-inch strips.
Spray skillet w/ cooking spray and heat over medium heat...cook asparagus, onions and 1 cup of the broth for 5 to 8 minutes stirring occasionally until liquid evaporate then remove mixture from skillet.
Add beef to skillet, cook 4 about 2-4 mins over medium heat stirring frequently until beef is no longer pink (i let mine go a bit more brown)
Return asparagus mixture to skillet, stir in remain broth and ingredients except cheese, cook about 4 minutes stirring frequently until mixture is hot. Sprinkle with cheese (bon appetit)
