Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    20 oz ground turkey
    1/3 cup of grated cheese
    1 Egg white
    2 Slices of Wheat Bread (ground to crumbs in food processor)
    Mix all ingredients together and add garlic, salt, pepper, oregano and parsley to taste

Directions

Bake meatballs for 30 min at 375 (2 oz meatballs)
