Introduction

This is a new twist to a parfait that i came up with. This is more of a dessert and can be eaten for breakfast or dinner. The calories in this dessert might look a little high but since we are reducing the volume of ingredients the calories drop down a little. This is a new twist to a parfait that i came up with. Ingredients

1/2 cup of Trix cereal ( you could use any other low-calorie cereal if you like).

1/4 cup of Quaker Oatmeal (equals to 75 calories)

1 cup of reduced-fat yogurt ( I use mango flavored which is 200 calories per cup)

    1 Zip-lock bag

Directions

First put Trix cereal in a bowl and crush it until it looks like powder. Mix the oatmeal and crushed Trix cereal. After that, put the yogurt in the Zip-lock bag and close it. Finally get a nice tall glass and add A LITTLE of oatmeal and cereal mixture in the bottom of the glass( i said a little because you are supposed to make several layers) after that make a layer of yogurt by making a hole on a corner of the Zip-lock bag and squirting little by little, then another layer of oatmeal and cereal and again another layer of yogurt and finally a last layer of oatmeal. Enjoy...
