Ingredients

    slivered almonds 2 cups
    dry roasted peanuts 1 1/5 cups
    walnuts 2 cups chopped
    sunflower seed (husks removed) 2 cups
    shredded coconut 1 cup
    pumpkin seeds 2 cups
    ground flax seed 1 cup
    chopped dates 1 cup
    dried apricots 1 cup

Directions

Serving size = 1/4 cup

add and mix all ingredients into 12 cup container with lid. Store in fridge between uses.

Add to yougurt, soft puddings, over oatmeal or with fruit to add fibre and protein.
