Introduction

One of my Favorite... One of my Favorite...
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    200 gr Cabbage
    200 gr Chinese Cabbage
    100 gr Green Peppers
    100 gr Onions
    8 oz Seafood Mix
    2 tsp Yellow Mustard
    2 tsp Coriander leaf, dried
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    Salt to taste

Directions

1. Bring seafood to boil, drain.
2. Chop cabbages, green peppers and onions.
3. In a non stick pan, sauté the coriander, garlic and oregano.
4. Add the seafood, cook for a few seconds and add the other ingredients.

Makes a a big serving, doesn't need anything else.
