Ingredients

    1 - Green Bell Pepper
    1 - Red Bell Pepper
    2c. - Snap Peas
    1c. - Waterchestnuts
    1/2 c. - Green Onion (5 spears)
    2 c. - Asparagus Chopped (20 spears)
    1 c. - Sliced Mushrooms
    2 - Whole Chicken Breast (skinless and boneless) cubed
    6 - Garlic Cloves
    1 tbsp - Crushed Red Pepper
    2 tsp - Sesame Oil
    1 tsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 tbsp - Lite Soy Sauce
    1/4 c. - Water

Directions

In your wok put half the olive oil, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/4 water, and either smash or dice 3 garlic cloves. Holding out the mushrooms add all the veggies. Mix it up real well trying to coat everything. Cover and let steam. You decide how soft you want things. Right before you are done add the mushrooms.

In a second pan or wok put the rest of the olive oil, sesame oil and soy sauce along with the garlic add your chicken and cook.

We like to add red pepper flakes to both woks while things cook. Great over brown rice. (rice not included in nutrition values)
