Ingredients

    6 oz cooked Shrimp
    1 & 1/2 Green Apples
    1 cup diced Celery
    .25 Cup Diced Green Onions
    2 tsp Light Mayo
    2 tsp nonfat or light sour cream
    1 tsp Lemon Juice
    Cinnamon to taste
    Nutmeg to taste

Directions

Cook Shrimp- Put in large mixing bowl
Slice Apples into small pieces & add to bowl
Dice Green Onions & Add to bowl
In Seperate Bowl add Sour Cream, Mayo, Lemon Juice, Cinnamon & Nutmeg. Mix with Wisk till creamy
Add to large bowl & mix.
Add more cinnamon & Nutmeg if needed for flavor
