Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, browned with 1 onion
    3 potatoes, sliced
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    water
    salt
    pepper

Directions

layer sliced potatoes, carrots, drained green beans, & drained corn in a 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle layers with salt and pepper to taste. Top with browned hamburger & onion. Mix mushroom soup with a small amount of water and pour over top of casserole. Bake uncovered in 375 degree oven approximately 1 hour. Makes about 10 servings.
