Introduction

Very good vegetable soup, easy to make and counts as 1cup serving counts as 2 vegetable servings. Very good vegetable soup, easy to make and counts as 1cup serving counts as 2 vegetable servings.

Ingredients

    4 C water
    5 C cabbage (half a small head)
    1 1LB frozen bag carrots,broccoli&cauliflower
    1 1LB can peeled tomatoes (chopped)
    1 8OZ can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. season salt or to taste

Directions

Bring water to a boil add cabbage,season salt and frozen vegetables, let cook for about 20 minutes until all is tender. Add canned tomatoes and tomato paste bring back to boil and serve.
Should make 10 Cups of 1 cup servings.
