    1.5 c flour
    1 T wheat germ or flax

    1.5 t baking pwdr
    .5 t baking soda
    pinch salt
    1 c soy milk vanilla flav
    1/3 to 1/2 c water
    3/4 c blueberries


Combine dry ingred well. Add liquids. Stir. Add blueberries...stir gently. Pour into greased pie plate or square pan. Bake in convection over 375 deg 25 to 30 min till done.
