Ingredients

    # *Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 32 oz (remove)
    # Shake n Bake Coating, 1 serving (remove)
    # *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 12 tsp (remove)
    # Red Potato, 800 grams (remove)
    # Ken's Steak House, Lite Italian Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 4 serving (remove)
    # Carrots, raw, 2 cup, strips or slices (remove)
    # Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
    # Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp, 1 serving (remove)
    # *Extra Light Olive Oil, .5 tbsp

Directions

cut about 6 med red potatoes into quarters
pour half cup dressing on them in microwabe bowl..cook about 8 minutes stirring halfway thru
preheat oven to 375
line baking sheet with foil
brush mustard on pork chops then dredge in shake n bake and lay on sheet.
add little water to pot and add in carrots/salt/little butter/oil..cook til boil and a little tender.

when potatoes are done, add onto pork chop sheet pan, and cook about 30 minutes til crispy
