Introduction
This recipe uses a "Jiffy" brand yellow cake mix , but whle not sure where I got this particular recipe (I think a friend), it became a wonderful treat everyone loved. It contains milk and so is a great dair y dessert if you have children. Ingredients

1 pckg. Jiffy yellow cake mix (small) or other yellow cake mix
1 can crushed pineapple
1 8 oz. cream cheese or neufchatal
1 regular size pineapple pudding (calories are calculated for vanilla but is similar0
2 - 2% cups milk
cool whip (2 tblsp per serving)
Directions
Drain and save pineapple juice.
Baking will be in a 9x13 greased pan. Use juice for the liquid required in the cake mix directions. Bake cake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
While waiting for your cake to bake, soften cream cheese and add 1/2 cup of the milk until creamy. Add pudding and the rest of the milk, beat well. When cake is cool, put on top of cake, spread with pineapple, and cool whip. CHILL.
