Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook
    Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce, 4 tbsp
    Ketchup, Heinz, 6 tbsp
    Onions, dehydrated flakes, 0.25 cup
    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, unpacked
    Cider Vinegar, .25 cup
    Cumin ,1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

(makes 8 sandwiches)

Super easy:

Combine ALL ingredients into a slow cooker on low. Cook for 8 hours.

When done, take two forks and shred/mix the chicken.

Viola! Enjoy on a roll or in a salad.

    it did not need more sugar...I left out the ketchup and added more BBQ sauce but I used a differnt kind we like better - 10/23/17
