Introduction

I have substituted a few of the ingredients for some that are less fattening. I have substituted a few of the ingredients for some that are less fattening.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 pkg 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
    1/4 cup splenda
    1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract
    2 eggs - egg substatute
    3/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
    Graham cracker pie crust

Directions

preheat oven to 350. Beat cream cheese, Spenda and vanilla extrac in large bowl with electric mixer medium speed until well blended. Add eggs (egg substatute) Add eggs until just blended. Stir in 1/4 chips (optional)
Pour into crust.
Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost se. Coll. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

    There is no way this is 1 serving with 16 0z of Cream cheese. Something is so wrong with this recipe and the calculations. - 2/21/09
