Introduction

Best Smoothie ever! Very tangy and sweet. LOADED with Potassium and Vitamin C. My kids love it (and they hate just about everything new I try!!) VERY filling! Great for breakfast or after a workout. Ingredients

    1 cup whole Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    1 cup Raspberries (fresh or Frozen)
    1/2 cup of Dole Pineapple tidbits (%100 juice)
    1/2 cup of mango (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 banana (less than six inches)
    1/2 cup Orange Juice (fresh or from carton)
    1 cup of NON-fat plain yogurt
    2 tsp Splenda
    Crushed ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender EXCEPT for ice. Blend until desired consistency. If your are making only a single serving, pour half of the mixture into a seperate container, cover and place in refrigerator (for future snack or meal). Add crushed ice to remaining mixture and blend until desired thickness. Add more Splenda if you like it sweeter!
After crushed ice is added , each serving is approx. 2 cups.
