Introduction

I took this from Rachael Ray and made a couple changes.... I took this from Rachael Ray and made a couple changes....
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1lb Ground turkey
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup mexican beer
    2-4 chipotle peppers in adobe sauce, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 tbsp chili powder (more if you like)
    3 cloves garlic, chopped finely or use garlic press
    1 can diced tomatoes with chiles
    1 can pinquitos beans

Directions

Heat medium pot. Put in olive oil. Then ground turkey. Break up meat as it cooks. Once almost fully cooked add garlic, onion, chipotle peppers and chili powder. Once onions are cooked add beer and get all the bits from the bottom of the pan. Let cook for a minute. Add chicken broth, tomatoes, beans. Simmer for about 20 min. Makes about 6 servings.
