Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
    1 (14 oz) can fat free sweetened condensed milk, divided
    1 tsp vanilla extract, divided
    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with foil.
2. Place peanut butter and 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk in a medium bowl. Microwave at HIGH 2 1/2 minutes. Stir and microwave 30 seconds. Stir in 1/2 teasppoon vanilla. Spread mixture in pan, pressing into an even layer with fingers.
3. Place remaining sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes. Add remaining vanilla; stir until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over peanut butter mixture; spread with a small spatula. Chill until firm. (about an hour) Cut into 20 rectangular pieces. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.

    This is just like a peanut butter reese, I prefer creamy peanut butter and it tasted just as good. - 3/2/11

    Like the creator said, they definitely satisfy a sweet tooth. A few complaints/things I would change:
    1) If you put a chocolate layer on bottom as well you'd have a Reese's :D
    2) They are REALLY rich...almost like fudge. I'd like to find a way to incorporate this into a cakier type recipe
